How to book and conditions

PAYMENTS

30% deposit:

A deposit equal to 30% of the total booking amount is required.
Your booking will be confirmed upon receipt of the accounting confirmation relating to the payment of the deposit.
Please pay the deposit within 3 days of your booking request to ensure confirmation of the booking.

Final balance:

The remaining balance of the total booking amount must be paid within 15 days before the arrival date.
You will receive an automatic reminder of your final balance and payment instructions in due time.

Tourist tax to be paid locally per person of €2.00 per night, excluding children under 6 years of age, up to a maximum of 10 nights

BOOKING CANCELLATION

The customer has the right to request cancellation of the reservation no later than 15 days before the first night.

FIXED COSTS

CONCHIGLIA: €70 cleaning, €35 bed and bathroom linen
STELLA MARINA: €50 cleaning, €25 bed and bathroom linen
These prices are added automatically at the time of booking.
